Some items are only intended for trade shows, static display vehicles, or
for off-road racing vehicles. Public road and highway uses are strictly
prohibited. Please check your local and state laws regarding the legal use
of these products. CustoLight will not be responsible for any legal issues
arising from the usage of the items, and you assume all risk of liability
related to this purchase.

Hand-fit your product and test it for any manufacturer defect before
installation. No returns will be accepted for products that have been
installed or modified in any way.

COLOR: If you place an order and do not note the color, we will make every attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you or do not hear back via email after our attempt(s), the default color of Factory BLACK will be sent. NO returns and/or exchanges will be granted.

IMPORTANT FOR FIREBIRD & TA Customers:  If you placed an order for a Firebird lens and realized after you received your order that you needed a TA lens for your TA, we will not offer a return policy on these items. The customer assumes the responsibility to ensure they order the correct item for their vehicle. Custolight will not take the product back because all items are made when ordered and to the customers preference (color and design). If this does happen to you, we can ONLY offer you $10.00 for your lens and no discount on the correct lens you need. PLEASE NOTE, it is posted on our site that "TA"s have different size lenses". You, the customer should know your car. This also applies if you upgraded your Firebird with a TA spoiler.

No returns after 7 days of delivery. Delivery date is the date tracking information states online. This also applies to gifts. If you order this as a gift for someone, we do not offer an extended return date.

No warranty on paint or quality after 7 days of delivery. INSPECT THE PRODUCT when you receive it!

All returns must be in original box and in brand new, resale
condition. Please note, Defective items are not resold, or refurbished as 1st Quality items. They are downgraded in Inventory & Auctioned on eBay or used as displays. YOU WILL NEVER receive a returned item. All items are Brand New customized for you (unless you order from our eBay auctions).

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from CustoLight. You can obtain the return merchandise number (RM#) by contacting us at sandi@custolight.com. To return a product, write the RM# outside the returning package; otherwise, packages containing returns will be refused. Include a note inside with the name, email, daytime telephone #, and reason for return. If a RETURN FORM has been provided, please use that when returning. AGAIN, Please obtain an RM# before sending back.

Inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Shortages, damages, or
wrong parts must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to
sandi@custolight.com. All packaging material
should be kept for inspection. Do not return damaged or wrong products
unless instructed by CustoLight.

All eBay sales are final. Unless the product is defective, no returns
will be accepted. NO Exceptions. Read the auctions before bidding. No color substitutions can be made. All eBay items are made already and ready to ship, unless otherwise stated in the auction.

If there is any problem with your product, you will need to
take some pictures and email them to us along with a detailed explanation of
the problem. Please be sure to include your auction item number.

Other Policies:

Some items are not made or manufactured by Custolight.com and will not be covered under any return policy we offer. If you have a defective item, clear lenses, all returns will be decided on a case by case basis. However, not to fear, we are fair.

The pictures, graphics and texts in this website are
property of CustoLight. None of these materials should be used without our
written consent. Unauthorized use of these materials may lead to criminal or
civil lawsuits.

We do not accept returns on correct orders and if you changed your mind. Our products are custom made products for each Customer and we cannot resell your custom product.

We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees,
taxes or duties related to international orders.
